Graduation will be held in just a few months!

Prairie High School
Friday, June 7, at 7 p.m.
District Stadium at Battle Ground High School (weather permitting; see plan below)

Graduation ceremonies also will be live streamed on the BGTV 27 YouTube channel and Comcast.

Ticketing and venue access
Each graduate will receive six tickets. Requests for additional tickets will be accommodated as much as possible. People with tickets will be permitted to enter the venue at 6 p.m. People without tickets will be permitted to walk in from 6:30 p.m. until the venue reaches capacity.

Plan for inclement weather
On Monday, June 3, we will make a decision on the location of the ceremonies based on the forecast and share the information with you. Regardless of weather and the ceremony location, indoor seating will be available for anyone who prefers to sit inside.

In the event of inclement weather, graduations scheduled to take place at District Stadium will instead be held in Battle Ground High School’s main gym. Limited overflow seating will be available in the Battle Ground High School lair/cafeteria, with live streaming of the ceremony.

Приобретение билетов и доступ к месту проведения
Каждый выпускник получит шесть билетов. Просьбы о дополнительных билетах будут удовлетворены по мере возможности. Людям с билетами будет разрешено войти в зал в 18:00. Людям без билетов будет разрешено войти с 18:30 до тех пор, пока зал не заполнится.

План на случай непогоды
В понедельник, 3 июня, мы примем решение о месте проведения церемоний в зависимости от прогноза и сообщим вам эту информацию. Независимо от погоды и места проведения церемонии, для всех, кто предпочитает сидеть внутри, будут организованы места в помещении.

В случае непогоды выпускные вечера, запланированные на стадионе школьного округа, будут проходить в главном спортивном зале школы Battle Ground High School. Ограниченное количество дополнительных мест в случае переполнения спортивного зала будет доступно в помещении/кафетерии средней школы Battle Ground, а церемония будет транслироваться в прямом эфире.

Дополнительная информация о проведении церемонии в конкретной школе будет получена из школы каждого выпускника. Пожалуйста, следите за дополнительной информацией.

Ceremonias de graduación del 2024!

Dentro de unos meses se celebrarán las ceremonias de graduación, y nos dirigimos a ustedes para comunicarles el programa de dichas ceremonias.

Viernes 7 de junio, a las 7 p.m.
Estadio del Distrito en Battle Ground High School (si el clima lo permite; ver plan abajo)

Las ceremonias de graduación también se transmitirán en vivo por el canal de YouTube BGTV 27 y Comcast.

Venta de boletos y acceso al local
Cada graduado recibirá seis boletos. Los boletos adicionales se repartirán en la medida posible. Las personas con boletos podrán ingresar al lugar a las 6 p.m. Las personas sin boletos podrán ingresar a partir de las 6:30 p.m. hasta que el lugar alcance su capacidad.

Plan en caso de inclemencias del tiempo
El lunes 3 de junio tomaremos una decisión sobre la ubicación de las ceremonias según el pronóstico del tiempo y compartiremos la información con usted. Independientemente del clima y el lugar de la ceremonia, habrá asientos disponibles dentro de las instalaciones para cualquiera que prefiera sentarse adentro.

En caso de mal tiempo, las graduaciones programadas para realizarse en el estadio del Distrito se llevarán a cabo en el gimnasio principal de la Escuela Preparatoria Battle Ground. Habrá asientos limitados disponibles en el área común/cafetería de la Escuela Preparatoria Battle Ground, con transmisión en vivo de la ceremonia.
