Prairie High School

Battle Ground Public Schools will offer students from each of our high schools the opportunity to take the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT w/Essay) in person this fall. Here is information concerning the test:

• Date: Saturday, October 1, 2022- Registration is open NOW
• Arrival Time: 7:40 am
• Start Time:  8:00 am
• End Time: 1:30 pm (approximate)
• Place: Battle Ground High School – Main Gym
• Cost:  $60 SAT
• Deadline to register – September 2, 2022
  
  • You may pay for the SAT through College Board:
    • Go to: https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/sat/registration/dates-deadlines
    • Students will need to create a College Board account.
    • Once a College Board account is created, you will register and pay through the College Board site.
    • Test Center Site Number 48827
    • Waivers are available upon request to those who qualify for free or reduced lunch. Please contact Barb Kujava at kujava.barbara@battlegroundps.org before registering.
    • Once you pay online through your College Board account, you are registered.
    • Please email you confirmation of registration to Lacey Marsolek
  • If students/parents need any assistance with their registration, they can contact College Board customer service at 866- 756- 7346 or email sat@info.collegeboard.org
  • You can also complete a SAT Student and Parent Inquiry Form via this link – https://collegeboard.tfaforms.net/66
  • An email with “Final Instructions” will be sent out a couple days prior to the test date.

• Space will be limited to 100 seats

• Accommodations: If you have pre-arranged testing accommodations through the College Board, please notify Lacey Marsolek, at the District Office, at 360-885-5391 or marsolek.lacey@battlegroundps.org to make sure all accommodations can be properly administered.

• Reminder: Parents, please make sure your contact information is updated through Family Access in Skyward. This is how we will communicate all test information to you.

PSAT on Saturday, Oct. 15

Battle Ground Public Schools will offer students from each of our high schools the opportunity to take the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) in person this fall. Here is information concerning the test:

• Date: Saturday, October 15, 2022- Registration is open NOW
• Arrival Time: 7:40 am
• Start Time:  8:00 am
• End Time: 1:30 pm (approximate)
• Place: Battle Ground High School – Main Gym
• Cost:  $18 PSAT
• Deadline to register – September 14, 2022
  
  • You may pay for the SAT through TouchBase online payments:
    • Go to: http://wa-battleground.intouchreceipting.com/
    • Your username is your student’s 7 digit ID number/Password is your student’s Last Name, and is case sensitive (Please be aware that new school IDs this year have omitted the ”0” at the front of the number so you might need to enter it in front of your number to make your ID=7 digits when logging in.)
    • Select “Items at all Schools”
    • Under School Type, Select “High School”, then choose either “Battle Ground High School” or “Prairie High School”, “TESTING” and then SAT TEST
